Rebuild Rhode Island Tax Credit Recipients
The Sponsor is proposing an approximately $19 million ground up development to be located near the TF Green Airport and Interstate Route 95. The project, which will be commercially marketed as “ONE MetroCenter,” is envisioned as a 75,000 square foot Class A office property, to be split between three 25,000 SF levels. It is expected that individual tenants will occupy spaces ranging between 2,000 and 25,000 SF. The project will occupy an 8.5-acre site, which will allow for ample parking in addition to greenspace and aesthetics in line with similar projects historically undertaken by the developer, while simultaneously creating an offering to meet the requirements of modern entrepreneurs, enterprises, and tenants at large.
The Sponsor has requested up to a maximum of $3,000,000 in Rebuild Rhode Island Tax Credits and sales and use tax reimbursement of $500,000.
Mr. Integlia and his business enterprises have designed, developed, owned, and managed several million feet of office assets comprising of over 400 projects spanning Rhode Island and Eastern Massachusetts, also including several Southern Florida projects over a 40+ year career.
