Parade Street

Project

Parade Street is the conversion of former Park View Nursing Home into a 4-story, market-rate rental apartment building with twelve apartments. Building will provide a housing type which is in limited supply on the West Side of Providence: market rate and handicapped accessible with elevator—ideal for a population that would like to age in place in a walkable neighborhood. The existing buildings originally constructed as residential townhouses facing the Dexter Street Training Ground, one of the best used parks in the City. The project will have a total floor area of approximately 24,000 square feet, including the new rear addition and has an expected total project cost of $5.052M.
