Mearthane Products Corporation has locations in Cranston, Bristol, and Winchester, Va., and is acquiring Polyurethane Molding Industries (PMI) which has a 41,625 SF facility in Woonsocket. Rebuild will allow them to purchase and upgrade the Woonsocket property, relocate its precision polymers operation from Va. to R.I., and closing production at the Va. facility.
Approved Incentive
The Sponsor has requested up to a maximum of $815,000 in Rebuild Rhode Island Tax Credits and Sales and Use Tax reimbursement.
