Debra Overly
ConnectRI Program Manager
Debra Medeiros Overly serves as the ConnectRI Program Manager for the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation. In this role, she supports the team’s efforts to ensure broadband access to all Rhode Islanders.
Prior to joining RI Commerce, Deb dedicated her career to the social service sector, providing supports to individuals and families with the most significant needs. Deb’s past roles include serving as the Director of Programs at the National Center on Family Homelessness, Vice President at Children’s Friend, Deputy Director at Building Futures, and leading a vendor contract for the RIDHS RI Works program.
Deb holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from George Washington University, a Master’s in Public Administration from New York University and a Master’s in Social Work from Rhode Island College.
