- Complete SAM.gov and other government vendor registrations
- Read and understand government bid and proposal solicitations
- Prepare, review, and finalize government bids and proposals

- Locate technical information and pricing data
- Understand RFID, UID, and government packaging standards
- Navigate 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB, DBE, and veteran-owned business certifications and verification requirements
- Prepare for pre-bid conferences
- Participate in electronic and other internet-based bidding opportunities
- Submit invoices electronically through systems such as iRAPT
- Manage post-award government contract administration
The RI APEX team consistently helps Rhode Island businesses compete in the government marketplace. During the 2017 calendar year, RI APEX clients were awarded 1,522 contracts with a combined value of more than $230 million. More than $188 million in contracts were awarded to Rhode Island small businesses.
