Please use this form to submit your Access to Public Records Act (“APRA”) request to the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation (Commerce RI). Your request is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Chapter 38-2, entitled Access to Public Records, and Commerce RI’s APRA Policy, which we strongly encourage you to read before submitting your request.
You may make the request by completing this Public Records Request Form, but use of this form is not required. Public records requests may also be submitted at the email address publicrecords@commerceri.com or by completing the PDF version of the Public Records Request Form.
