Silvana Mercado is a Policy and Budget Analyst for the Rhode Island Executive Office of Commerce (EOC). Prior to joining the EOC, she graduated from Providence College with a BA in Economics and Global Studies. She has previous internship experience with nonprofits advocating for social justice and international service experience focused on sustainable economic development.
