Hope joined the Commerce Corporation in 2023 as customer service and administrative assistant. She engages clients who call for assistance, and she greets and assists those who arrive for meetings. Hope manages the lobby and three meeting rooms, and she ensures every person who calls the office and enters the front door is greeted professionally and provided with the utmost hospitality. Hope also provides administrative assistance throughout the many departments within the Commerce Corporation.Professional Background
Prior to coming to the Commerce Corporation, Hope worked in social media marketing, specializing in strategic content curation and brand awareness. Additionally, she has experience in various customer service and client communication roles.
