Before testing, please ensure the following:
- Close all apps and streaming devices. If you use a VPN, please deactivate before taking the speed test and survey.
- Make sure you complete the Broadband Survey questions after the speed test is complete. (After the speed test is complete, you will be automatically redirected to the survey).
NOTE: If you or someone you know lacks connectivity or has connectivity that is insufficient to take the speed test, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 401-521-HELP and tell us who you are, your full address, and what your current internet connection is, if applicable. You may not get a direct response, but providing this information will help us identify locations where broadband connectivity is needed.
