Victor’s main focus is to answer the Rhode Island Small Business Hotline as well as supporting the Commerce Corporation with special projects.
Victor has been with the state’s economic development agency since 1995. Prior to that, he worked for several years in the local banking industry as an assistant branch manager and, later, as a community development loan officer. He was a founding member of an inner city home ownership initiative that provided over 125 home-ownership opportunities for low-to-moderate-income residents of Providence.
Victor attended the University of Rhode Island where he excelled academically and athletically. He is a 1987 graduate of URI’s College of Business with a degree in finance.
