Patrick Duffy is a Senior Budget and Policy Analyst for the Rhode Island Executive Office of Commerce (EOC). Prior to joining the EOC, Patrick worked at the Worcester Regional Research Bureau. From 2014 to 2019, he taught middle school math in Massachusetts, Central Falls, and North Carolina. He holds a BA in Social Studies from Harvard University and a MPP from Duke University.
