Customer Service and Administrative Assistant
Pamala joined the Commerce Corporation in 2023 as customer service and administrative assistant. She engages clients who call for assistance, and she greets and assists those who arrive for meetings. Pamala manages the lobby and three meeting rooms, and she ensures every person who calls the office and enters the front door is greeted professionally and provided with the utmost hospitality. Pamala also provides administrative assistance in the Accounting department within the Commerce Corporation.
Pamala comes to the Commerce Corporation with over 20 years of experience at Rhode Island College in various roles of responsibility, as well as working in private industry.
