Karen Kelly

Karen’s primary responsibilities include processing accounts payable for all entities, contract management, purchasing and RFP functions. Karen is also responsible for managing employee compliance as it relates to the corporation’s procurement and expense policies.

Professional Background

Karen joined the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation in 1989 and has held a variety of positions ranging from administrative assistant for both the marketing and business development departments. In 1991, Karen became an integral part of the corporation’s accounting department. With her many years of experience, Karen has become valuable resource for the corporation. Prior to joining the corporation, Karen worked as an accounts payable clerk.
