Hannah Moore serves as the Director, Incentive Program Investments, and leads non-real estate investment incentives including the Qualified Jobs Incentive Tax Credit program, Main Street Rhode Island Streetscape Improvement Fund, and others.
Prior to joining the Commerce Corporation, Hannah served as assistant director of the New York City Mayor’s Office of Environmental Remediation. In that role, she co-led the nation’s first municipally-run brownfield cleanup program, which was recognized by the Harvard Kennedy School as a 2015 Innovations in American Government Award finalist (top 5). While at the NYC mayor’s office, she also led the development of the NYC Environmental Project Information Center – a landmark transparency portal that allows full access to environmental information while also serving as an online submission, communication, and project management tool for real estate developers and their project teams.
She also serves on the board of the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE) and is an advisory board member for the NYC Brownfield Partnership.
Hannah graduated from Columbia University, where she studied chemical engineering.
