CHRISTOPHER CANNATA
Vice President, Business Engagement
During his tenure at the Commerce Corporation, Christopher has held various positions in Business Development and Financial Services. In his current role in the Business Engagement Group, Christopher works directly with businesses to deliver programs and services to encourage their growth and expansion in the State. In addition, Christopher leads a team of Business Engagement Specialists who engage with the Rhode Island business community to provide technical support and assistance in navigating programs and services offered by the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation and its partner entities. Christopher also serves as the Corporation’s Salesforce CRM administrator.

Christopher brings a breadth of private sector experience from both the banking and manufacturing sectors, having held various managerial roles in marketing, finance, and business development.
Education
Christopher holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bryant University.
